Welcome to Fold Fabrix. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

At Fold Fabrix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.

Due to the nature of the apparel industry and hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are only accepted under eligible conditions.


2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item delivered is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product, size, or color
  • The item has a manufacturing fault
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are available

Return/Exchange requests will NOT be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The request is made after the allowed return period
  • The product was purchased on final sale, clearance, or promotional discount (unless defective)
  • Minor color differences occur due to screen/display variations

3. Return & Exchange Timeframe

Customers must request a return or exchange within:

  • 7 days of receiving the order for local orders within Pakistan
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be entertained

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team via:
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
    • Official social media pages
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear images of the product
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Fold Fabrix reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet policy conditions.


5. Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are only offered when:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment
  • A verified defective or incorrect item was delivered
  • The exchange item is unavailable in stock

Refund Method

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Easypaisa
    • JazzCash
    • Original payment method (where applicable)

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days
  • Banking and payment partner delays may vary

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Fold Fabrix

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Customers may exchange for:
    • Different size
    • Different color
    • Same product replacement

If the requested exchange item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If the replacement item has a lower value, the balance may be issued as store credit.


7. Return Shipping

If the error is from Fold Fabrix:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

If the customer changes their mind:

  • The customer will bear all courier and delivery charges

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Return & Exchange Policy.

Fold Fabrix reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Pricing or technical errors

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Undergarments or innerwear
  • Accessories
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale and clearance items

10. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged at delivery:

  • Please record a video while opening the parcel
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.


11. Consumer Rights Compliance

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection practices in Pakistan as of 2026. Fold Fabrix reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
