3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Fold Fabrix is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Repeated failed COD orders may result in order restrictions

Fold Fabrix reserves the right to refuse COD service for suspicious or unverifiable orders.

Fold Fabrix is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may attempt delivery multiple times.

  • The phone number is unreachable
  • The address is incorrect

the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Future COD eligibility may be restricted

9. Parcel Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Opened
  • Damaged
  • Tampered with

please:

  • Record an opening video immediately
  • Report the issue within 24 hours

Claims without valid evidence may not be accepted.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Fold Fabrix only delivers within Pakistan unless otherwise announced officially.

Future international shipping availability may be updated on our website and social media platforms.
